Falletti Weber Consulting Group was formed by Dana Falletti and Carmela Weber in 1999. The firm is a certified minority and woman-owned business.

All engagements are staffed with experienced professionals with technical competency, knowledge of US Government regulations, familiarity with fraud schemes common to our clients’ locations, and/or extensive overseas experience. We leverage the knowledge and experience of our consultants to provide the greatest value and customization to our clients.

Carmela Weber, CIA, CFE
Partner
With over fifteen years of nonprofit management and consulting experience, Carmela has provided invaluable guidance to US and international organizations with annual budgets ranging from $100,000 to $200 million. She has led projects in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Central and South Asia, South Pacific, and the CIS. In addition to managing and consulting, she has served as treasurer on several nonprofit boards, founded new organizations, developed programs, raised funds, and created systems to support effective program execution. Carmela has special expertise in internal audit, fraud investigation, complex project management, and organizational change management.

Dana Falletti, CPA, CFE
Partner

With a background in the fast-paced environment of Big Four auditing, and high profile sports and entertainment companies, in 1993 Dana heeded the call to higher service, and began consulting for international nonprofits. She spent over two years serving as a volunteer in Africa on a team project funded by the World Bank to manage urban growth in Malawi. Since returning to the States in 1996, she has provided services to US nonprofits, including audit committee service, in the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the CIS. Dana has special expertise in fraud investigation, risk assessment, and US Government regulations.

Elke Adler
Finance Manager

Elke became a Certified Public Accountant while working in a Big Four accounting firm. After moving to Boulder she served as Finance Director for the Outdoor Industry Association. Her adventurous spirit inspired a year off to travel around the world. Since then, she has supported several grassroots volunteer organizations and start up companies, building accounting and budgeting processes from the ground up, as well as conducting financial assessments. She has recently returned from living abroad in the UK, is fluent in German and a mother of three.

Kyle Barker, MA
Operations Manager/Consultant
Kyle has been with FWCG since 2007. He leads our operation security and provides data analytics and logistical support for the consultants as the Operations Manager. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Masters degree in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from the University of Denver. He also brings the prospective of living in Korea, Turkey and Taiwan.

Valorie Hall, MBA, CFE
Senior Consultant

Valorie has nearly two decades of experience in financial and strategic planning and analysis with global organizations such as the RAND Corporation, ARCO, UNOCAL and Bechtel. She joined FWCG in 2008, providing expertise in process improvement, financial and strategic assessments, planning, budgeting, performance studies, and benchmarking. She has insight in international economic dynamics based on years of work in the global petroleum market. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, has a Master of Business Administration in finance and strategy from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

Arax Melkonyan, ACCA, CFE, ACMI
Senior Consultant

Arax has worked with FWCG since 2007, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and an associate member of Association of Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). She is the founder and principal of IAB, a leading provider of accounting, management, and language training in Armenia. IAB offers ACCA accredited classes to hundreds of students. She received her MS in Accounting from the Yerevan State Institute of Foreign Languages in Armenia. Arax has extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing and internal review, all aspects of accounting and business strategy. She is skilled in language, fluent in Armenian, Russia, English, with a working knowledge of French. Arax teaches MBA students in Armenia, and is an active proponent for developing women leaders.

Chasely Paul, CPA
Senior Consultant

Chasely has a BS in Accounting and has been with FWCG since 2006, offering over a decade of hands-on experience as a Certified Public Accountant. She has experience in building and implementing accounting systems in a business start up setting as well as retooling existing accounting systems to be more useful and efficient for management purposes. She has the ability to collect, analyze and summarize complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner. This has made her an asset in numerous internal audits of US Government funded nonprofit organizations. She has provided financial review and accounting systems guidance to public and private sector entities on five continents. Chasely has volunteered her time with a small non profit organization based in Denver, CO for the past six years. While in the field Chasely most enjoys helping others better understand the importance of their area of work, find efficiencies and implement new approaches.

Amanda Rodriguez
Senior Consultant

Amanda has twenty years of international management experience in the humanitarian, commercial and international development sectors and has recently joined FWCG in 2011. As a previous Chief Financial Officer, Amanda brings with her a breadth of knowledge in compliance and financial management. She has vast experience working with policies, controls and reporting requirements of international donors and investors. Amanda has work experience in sixteen countries and knowledge of five languages; including fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in French and Portuguese, and conversational Russian.

Nancy Smith
Senior Consultant

Nancy is a natural resource conservation professional with over thirteen years experience in managing public funding and donor relations, as well as grant writing, implementation and administration. She has been with FWCG since 2007, providing nonprofit organizations in numerous countries insight into management of public finances, and long-term agency and donor relations. During her tenure at the international NGO, The Nature Conservancy, she procured and oversaw management of over $45 million of public grants. She will complete her MBA in 2010.
